Beijing Business Daily: On July 13, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Implementation Plan of Carbon Peak in Urban and Rural Construction, proposing to accelerate the renewal and renovation of urban gas supply pipelines and facilities. We will promote green urban lighting, strengthen management of urban lighting planning, design, construction and operation, and control excessive lighting and light pollution. By 2030, the use of high-efficiency and energy-saving lamps such as leds will exceed 80 percent, and over 30 percent of cities will have built digital lighting systems.
